FBO RIGA earns IS-BAH Stage II registration

RIGA, Latvia – August 08, 2019 – FBO RIGA business aviation center at Riga International Airport, Latvia, has gained the International Standard for Business Aircraft Handling (IS-BAH) Stage II accreditation, as the company has successfully passed the second audit of International Business Aviation Council (IBAC). FBO RIGA is the first and the only holder of this certificate in the Baltic States.

Commenting this achievement, Roman Starkov, co-owner of FBO RIGA, said: “We are proud to earn IS-BAH Stage II accreditation. A rigorous audit by IBAC confirmed that FBO RIGA fulfills all the requirements for business aviation safety and in many respects exceeds what is required by mandatory documents”.

FBO RIGA business aviation center that opened its doors at Riga International Airport in 2015 includes a passenger terminal that provides services to business aviation passengers and crews; a hangar (8400 sq.m.); an apron with aircraft parking places, and a helipad. FBO RIGA is the first FBO in the Baltic States that received the IS-BAH Stage I and Stage II certificates.
