Massport - Request for Letters of Interest for Boston-Logan/KBOS

The Massachusetts Port Authority, owner and operator of Boston Logan International Airport , invites Letters of Interest from established and responsible parties with demonstrated experience as a developer and operator of a first-class general aviation facility, as hereinafter further defined in the RFI, for the lease and development and non-exclusive operation of a GA facility on a development parcel at Logan Airport.   The Request for Interest offers a 10.5 acre site for development at Logan Airport.

The development parcel will be delivered to the successful proposer in its then “as is” condition. 

As further described in the RFI, sealed Letters of Interest for the opportunities offered in the RFI must be received by the Authority at or prior to 1:00 PM EST on September 21, 2020 at the office of Mr. Michael Grieco, Assistant Secretary-Treasurer, Massachusetts Port Authority, Logan Office Center, One Harborside Drive, Suite 200S, East Boston, MA 02128-2909.
