Atlantic Aviation buys Lynx

Atlantic Aviation has continued its rapid expansion with the addition of the Lynx FBO chain and its nine locations.

Lynx began operations in 2016 with the purchase of Destin Jet Center in Florida, and went on to acquire FBOs across the U.S. The other eight Lynx FBOs are at Fort Lauderdale Executive, Minneapolis-area Anoka County-Blaine, New Jersey’s Morristown, Oregon's Aurora State Airport, Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport in Little Rock, Arkansas, California's Napa County Airport, Providence, Rhode Island’s Theodore Francis Green State Airport, and Pittsburgh Allegheny County Airport. All are new locations for Atlantic.

The company plans to rebrand those facilities to Atlantic with the exception of the FBO at Florida’s Witham Field, which it will be required to divest because it already operates the other facility there. This move will bring the chain to nearly 100 locations, including its first facility outside the USA, in Grand Cayman.
