ExecuJet is working on obtaining an exemption letter from the Government via the Ministry of Aviation to allow our staff members to report to the facility in the event of emergency & essential flights based on the letter issued by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) with Ref: NCAA/DG/AIR/11/16/108 dated 23rd March 2020.

•	Operators intending to initiate an emergency or essential flight, prior our approval from the Ministry, shall obtain same exemptions Letter (Specifically addressed to ExecuJet Aviation Nigeria FZE) from the Presidency or Minister of Aviation, to enable us to support their ops as appropriate.

There is limited towing for aircrafts based within the facility during this period.

•

All requests for FBO/MRO support (fueling, handling, MTX, CIQ clearance, etc.) MUST be received 24 hours ahead of SCHEDULE ETD/ETA and must receive an acknowledgement email from the FBO/MRO Team for confirmation and possibility of support with necessary approvals.
