Ireland West Airport/EIKN to reopen
Statement:
The airport are pleased to announce that we will be reopening and resuming flight operations on Wednesday July 1st. Flights with Ryanair will resume to Alicante, Barcelona-Girona (August start), Faro, Malaga, Milan (Bergamo), Palma (Majorca) London Luton and Stansted, Liverpool, Bristol and East Midlands initially. We expect to welcome Aer Lingus back to the airport at a later date in the summer.
We are currently putting in place a number of new measures to ensure the journey through Ireland West Airport continues to be a safe and pleasant one - you can see more details by visiting www.irelandwestairport.com/flysafe and we will be providing further details of the new protocols at the airport next week.
