A company statement said:
"We are fortunate to have enjoyed the benefits of ACASS’ support since the business was founded and now that we have acquired both our AOC and Commercial licenses from the Irish Aviation authority we felt the time was right to further strengthen our combined capabilities under the ACASS brand.
The business will continue to operate as before, with the same team in place, however we will also have the benefit of leveraging experience and support from the broader ACASS organization through their multiple existing AOC’s, aircraft management, crew and brokerage channels.
In addition to our aircraft management capabilities under the Irish “EJ” and “EI” registrations, ACASS Ireland also offers their launch aircraft, a Challenger 605 (EJ-AWES) as fully available for charter with no owners release “JAWS” will be accompanied by a sister CL605 in July (EJ-ROXY), which will be available for charter on the same basis. We anticipate further aircraft joining the ACASS Ireland fleet over the remainder of 2020"
